Microsoft Teams - If you have purchased a Microsoft Teams yearly licence you may be eligible for a partial refund based on Microsoft's Refund Policies. Please contact us for more information.

All other services - If you are not satisfied with the service you have purchased from us, you can get your money back no questions asked. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of your purchase. (excluding Microsoft Teams)

After the 14-day period you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. We encourage you to try the service in the first two weeks after your purchase to ensure it fits your needs.

Due to the nature of our business and the services we sell, you are eligible for a refund only if a doctor/medical practitioner cancels an appointment. If a doctor/medical practitioner reschedules the appointment you are not eligible for a refund. We encourage all our listed medical practitioners to honor appointments, however if for some reason a doctor cancels an appointment be assured that CaribMedical will issue you a refund. If you choose to cancel the appointment you will have to contact the doctor to arrange a possible refund from him directly.

You must request your refund within 14 calendar days of the payment.
